With any travel, we recommend travel insurance for protecting your trip investment. For everything we book on your behalf, we ask for a 25% downpayment of the total + any pre-paid costs that we need to secure for you. This is non-refundable. The final balance is due 90 days before your first day of services. Please see our Terms and Conditions below:

If you have to cancel part or all of your trip, you must send us written notification by email to alison@catalinaquest.ai. All trip cancelation requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and charges will be applied according to the scale below:

• If cancelation request is received 90 or more days before departure, Catalina Quest will retain the initial deposit + any advanced payments and return the balance amount.

• If cancelation request is received 61-90 days before departure, Catalina Quest will retain 50% of the total trip cost + any advance payments and return the balance amount. 

• If cancelation request is received 31-60 days before departure, Catalina Quest will retain 75% of the total trip cost + any advance payments and return the balance amount.

• If cancelation request is received less than 30 days before departure, Catalina Quest will retain 100% of the total trip cost.

The charges above only reflect a percentage of the total trip cost and do not include any trip modification fee or other third party charges which may be due and payable.
